Logic Makes Us Think, but Emotion Makes Us Act
When a team is under pressure or lagging behind, I see leaders fall into two communication traps: The Pressure Cooker: Negatively tinted, high-stress demands. The Robot: Overly rational, "Excel-sheet" logic that ignores the human element. Science tells us that no decision is purely rational. We need our emotional brain to commit to a path.
